Norma Higgs profiles Frank Roma

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (Oakwood Cemetery) - A former resident on the grounds of Oakwood Cemetery is profiled in the Niagara Gazette on August 7, 2011.  Frank Roma was the son of Grounds Superintendent James (Jimmy) Roma and lived on the cemetery property for quite a few years.  Read Norma's profile here.
